We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Accounts Executive (Shared Services Centre) - Mandarin Speaker, Subang to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer’s service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Accounting Team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- AP: To perform the daily collection allocation and liaise with Credit Controller to follow up on the unknown collection and Processing Vendor invoices
- AR: To prepare the month ageing report, bad debts provision and DSO / AP. To process vendor invoices, communicate with Interco parties
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in AR
- Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to do multitasking job
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Korean / Thai able to converse in decent clear communication
