The vision of this CoE is to deliver industry-leading, data-driven engagement with HCPs that is personalised, orchestrated and seamless across channels. Integrating Content Strategy and Operations closely with Digital Asset Management best practice is a key enabler. The seamless content management ensures omnichannel content delivery readiness with the highest speed and precision.
Tasked with the role of embedding best practices of digital asset management and workflow in our content operations, this position will have a significant opportunity to directly drive enterprise growth and efficiency.
*Please note that the role will require 20% travel due to the regional portfolio.*
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and duties comprise developing, maintaining and implementing a best-practice DAM strategy, governing regular tasks such as the ingestion, tagging and cataloguing of digital assets, building, managing, and governing metadata standards, taxonomies, and naming conventions, and providing continuous evaluation and optimisation of the digital asset lifecycle processes with regional governance.
1. Regional business ownership of Digital Asset Management and Content Authoring
o Ensures readiness of digital asset management, especially on claims, components, and modular library
o Implementation of best practices with clear roadmap.
2. Oversight of taxonomy and tagging in APAC
o Maintain oversight on taxonomy across the region, manage change requests (to established taxonomy) and ensure an ongoing level of visibility and consistency across the markets.
o Devise regional governance framework and embeds modern technology solutions for tagging and taxonomy.
3. Ownership of regional content operations measurement
o Drive teams to achieve target metrics on re-use, workflow optimization.
4. Agency governance
o Should be able govern and embed JJIM best practices of content management with content agencies.
5. Ownership of Regional brand portal
o Consolidate market content libraries into a brand portal which allows countries to access and share content across Asia Pacific (and ultimately across regions).
o Build and manage the configuration of the regional brand portal, including capability building within the markets.
6. Support adoption and local Content Asset Managers in markets:
o Should be able to liaison with brand teams and implement adoption of new ways of content assembly, especially with claims, components, and modular content.
o Manage community of content leads and CAMs and provide guidance, hyper care, and best practices.
7. Process Implementation:
o Ensures optimized workflow is followed in markets and regionally with clear adoption plan. Ongoing partnership mastery and communication technology, CAMs, regulatory, brand teams, agencies.

· Pharmaceutical experience
· Minimum 7 years of working knowledge of Veeva or digital asset management system
· Knowledge of modern content assembly modular content, DCO, dynamic content assembly
· Channel activation expertise on website, email, CRM, chat, events, and webinar
· Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
· Expertise in workflow optimisation and clear understanding of content journey, approvals in pharma
· Knowledge of brand portals, Veeva promo mats, content authoring tools
· Experience working in an Agile environment (desirable)
