1. Responsible for all plant operations of the Company and its subsidiary-companies  within the Group.

About this opportunity
The primary purpose of the Production Manager is the overall management and performance of end-to-end operations producing an estimated 5,000 tonnes of recycled resin per year.
The Production Manager is responsible for managing operations of the plastic recycling plant. • Takes leadership role in deploying and managing multiples strategic sales management across key accounts.
• Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
• To be responsible for meeting up with new and existing customers, by introducing and promoting assigned range of equipment and solutions.
• Foster and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow product portfolio for the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical- Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales technical environment within pharmaceutical, research or biomedical industry
• Experienced in tender and RFQ preparation and costing
• Preferably with cleanroom guidelines experience as well as the validation processes from IQ,OQ,PQ
• Preferably with cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or healthcare projects experience
• Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Target driven and able to work independently
• Meticulous and organized personality
• A positive mindset that helps you see and recognize opportunities, as well as a strong willingness to learn
