Job Responsibilities:

• Handle in payroll for employees, by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Work closely with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information.
• Managing manpower needs as per business requirement , including managing duty roster
• Mediate workplace conflicts, provide counselling, and organize engagement initiatives
• Handle any ad-hoc HR-related projects and tasks.
