CLASS DESCRIPTION

 A Heating and Air Conditioning Technician III diagnoses and resolves system-wide environmental control problems including the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related equipment.  Work of this class involves no supervisory duties or responsibilities.

Incumbents receive moderate supervision from a technical superior.  Employees in this class work on a 24-hour on-call basis.  Work is performed in a boiler room or other confined area where there is the potential hazard of boiler explosions and exposure to noise pollution and toxic materials.  Work requires moderate physical exertion such as lifting heavy air conditioning units.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATES:

A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved C.F.C. Certificate of Completion as a Technician Type I OR Type II will be required upon hire.

A valid Maryland Class C Non-commercial driver’s license, or an equivalent out-of-state driver’s license acceptable to the Office of Risk Management is required. 

KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of hot water and steam plants.

• Support the Facilities Executive in matters pertaining to security, fire safety, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Enforce company policies, departmental standard operating procedures, and regulations related to fire safety and security to ensure strict compliance.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to the security, housekeeping, and facilities team to help achieve the goals of the facilities department and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Maintain the operational condition of all security and fire protection facilities and equipment at all times.

Requirements:

• Min O'level and above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/ distribution centre
• Certified in PLRD is a MUST

About the Team

Our Cloud Security Solution team is responsible for the Go To Market of cloud security products, and aims the success of product commercialization.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing security products targeting customers in Southeast Asia region, and identifying potential business opportunities.

2. Deeply understand customer requirements, develop cutting-edge solutions as a technical expert, provide consulting services to our partners.

3. Familiar with cloud security products and able to deliver matured solutions in different attack and defense scenarios.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of experience in developing security solutions, with a proven track record in operating security operations that exceeds 1 million USD.

2. Have experience in exploring solution scenarios, and have practical applications and best practices.

3. Be familiar with the principles and protection methods of common cloud security products, including at least three areas such as application security, host security, network security, identity security, data security, and security operations.

4. Possess strong communication skills and teamwork spirit; willing to take calculated risk; strong professional working ethics; result-oriented.

5. Proven track record in developing overseas cloud security markets is highly preferred.
