About This Role:-
In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring and leading client relationships, providing advice on a broad range of crypto investment services tailored to the sophisticated needs of Institutional clients. As a specialist with knowledge & expertise in advising solutions for institutional clients in their growth/ROI of their wealth, you will work towards institutional clients to generate revenue targets. You are required to deliver superior service to our clients and to collaborate for investment opportunities.
To be a successful Head of Relationship Management, you will need to be highly entrepreneurial, having an extensive network of market contacts and have a good understanding of crypto and digital assets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology who will provide the support in client relationship management in growing the existing revenue.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO :
- Responsible for the day to day relationship and servicing of our institutional client base that are utilizing the AsiaNext products and services.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the service delivery of AsiaNext products with clients.
- Working directly with institutional investors, hedge fund, family office, broker – dealers, market liquidity provide / market makers.
- Liaising with stakeholder teams, including legal, compliance, operations and trading teams on client issues
- Understand clients investment and reporting requirements and providing input to new product committee to review and develop all product and service offering.
- Working closely with partner teams, such as Product, to contribute to the platform’s development.
- Monitor and review client revenue and profitability to ensure financial performance is achieved. New revenue generation through development of strategic client partnership.
- Development and implementation of strategic growth plan to increase adoption and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Development, communication and execution of strategic account relationship plans
- Develop, grow and leverage key relationship with C-suite and Senior executives in enhancing the partnership
- Document and maintain client’s business and risk profile for AML and KYC purpose.
- Lead all clients on-boarding review and documentation of all AML and KYC analysis to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review client revenue and trading activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or any related discipline in business
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience handling relationships with Institutional clients utilizing traditional/crypto Prime Services products.
- In depth knowledge of Institutional secured financing, lending and borrowing product offerings.
- Working knowledge of ISDAs, GMSLA’s, MSLA’s and other market standard agreements.
- Understanding of spot, futures and cleared derivatives as well as OTC derivatives in crypto and/or equities and FX
- Fantastic communication skills in order to operate seamlessly with partner teams.
