The Program Director is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President, Operations Strategic
Development (VP OSD). This role will own the Retail transformational agenda around the world, connecting with
other business channels and cross-functional workstreams (IT, Integrated Supply Chain, local business) towards
building an efficient, scalable, and extensible plans and sustainable ongoing Retail business. This person will play a
crucial role in supporting our Retail division in driving operational excellence, fostering cross-functional
collaboration, and implementing key initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Strategic Planning. Work closely with the VP OSD and the Retail leadership to design & implement the retail
operating model, processes & system platform, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
Conduct research, analysis, and present recommendations on key business initiatives and opportunities.
• Operational Efficiency. Collaborate with functional and cross functional heads to optimize operational
processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows. Oversee critical projects
and initiatives as assigned by the VP OSD, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Program Management Office. Establish a Retail PMO office that effectively serves our retail Operating
ecosystem. Ensure synergy between various teams across the regions and functions and create a global
Retail “center of excellence”. Ensure projects success including resource allocation to complete the project
on time, budget & quality. Monitor, report & continually optimize deployed program.
• Problem Solving. Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks within the organization, develop and
implement effective solutions. Provide strategic counsel to the COO on complex issues, demonstrating
sound judgment and discretion.
• Track and report project progress. Keep stakeholders & project team updated through regular
communication and escalate to Steering Committee for decision & support.
• Liaise with external suppliers / customers if needed.

Experience
▪ Excellent program & project management skills and familiar with the use of PM methodologies
▪ Possess team management experience in both resource management and asset management
▪ Good understanding of Wholesale-Retail operations & systems/applications such as ERP (Business
Central, LN Infor), Order Management or Point of Sales Systems, CRM, and integration between these
▪ Understanding of high technology hardware products in a retail environment from a design and
operational perspective.
