RESPONSIBILITIES
✍ Plan and create change management strategies to achieve the project goals.
✍ Apply Agile methodology to lead change management activities.
✍ Working with Project Manager to embed change activities in the project plan and identify the risks and issues.
✍ Facilitate project teams to increase the adoption of change strategy.
✍ Planning/organizing meetings, workshops and trainings.
✍ Prepare the deck for training sessions and workshops.
✍ Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation plan.
✍ Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
✍ Track and report issues.
✍ Develop, monitor, and update the comprehensive communication plans and materials.
✍ Ensure that the impacted stakeholders are well communicated on the project development.
✍ Documentation and reporting: keeping a detailed record of changes, their impacts, and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
✍ Possess Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, organisational change management, communications, or a related field.
✍ Minimum of one(1) year of relevant experience in change management and/or business-related transformation support.
✍ Understanding of change management methodologies, approaches and tools.
✍ Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and outstanding presentation.
✍ Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
✍ Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
✍ Able to travel whenever requires.
