We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a D&B fit out contractor in Central London.

The Project is valued circa £10M and is a CAT B Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Procore Experience
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs

Property Manager
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + £3300 car allowance


I currently have an opening for a Property Manager with a well-established property factor based within Glasgow. You will be part of a supportive team with plans to grow and thrive as the business continues to succeed.


This is a very varied role that requires an individual who is resilient and capable of managing a diverse portfolio. Within the role you will managing large residential developments ensuring all aspects are running smoothly. This role requires someone from a property management background, facilities or housing background who is looking to take the next step in their career.


This role is based entirely on site, Mon - Thu 9:00 - 17:00, Fri 9:00 - 16:00

Salary: £25,000 / £11.32 per hour

Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension scheme

• Updating of specified areas of the property management database
• Ensuring tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
• Organising gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPCs.
• Arranging inventory check in and out reports and midterm inspections with supplier and tenants.
• Updating window displays
• Maintaining and ordering stationery supplies
• Logging invoices and paying suppliers / tradesman
• Keeping reception area and front office tidy

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1+ year property management experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision
• Excellent accurate computer skills and preferably experience using property software (10Ninety)
• Highly organised, ability to handle a number of different issues at one time and able to carry out tasks to a successful conclusion.
• Team player / happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
• Clear and accurate verbal & written communication skills.
• Be resilient, able to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
• Full GWO's current or previously held (will require at some stage)
• Offshore Medical + Chester Step current or previously held (will require at some stage)
• Experience with European offshore wind construction projects.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) - Desirable
