Currently we have around 80 employees in the company as we are expanding our business we would like to expand our headcount. In line with our business expansion we are seeking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Indoor Sales Admin.
Job Description | Your role will involve:
- Product & Service Marketing: Promoting our range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Development: Developing new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from both existing and new customers.
- Quotation & Order Management: Preparing and handling quotation requests, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.
- Sales Opportunities Development: Researching and identifying potential accounts to develop sales opportunities.
- Cold Calling: Initiating contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
- Follow-Up & Sales Cycle Management: Conducting follow-up meetings with customers and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree qualification, with 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services is a plus.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
