Your new role
This will be a busy role providing all round administration experience and would suit a candidate with previous project-administration based experience.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to a project against the delivery of a specific organisation programme. This role will report to the Project Manager and duties of the post will include;
- Progress actions for Project Leads
- Take notes in meetings, record actions, prepare for meetings
- Support with preparation of various reports extracting data into report format e.g Word, PowerPoint or Excel
- Complete updates and logs of issues in the project work in progress, maintain the database
- Finance admin tasks - manage PO's, aligning invoices on the project
- Complete associated admin tasks for various stakeholders and managers as required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role before and be able to complete the duties of the role
Good project based admin skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Intermediate Excel skills

KEY VACANCY INFORMATION
Temporary for 9 months
Immediate start required in October/ November 2023
Based in Sheffield
Monday to Friday 9am -5pm - 35 hour week
50% office based and 50% work from home
£20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience


Your new role
You will report to a National Account Manager and provide customer service admin support to a range of customers. This will be a busy role and training will be provided, but successful applicants will be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role and have good business admin and customer service skills.
Duties of the role will include ;

- Supporting customers through service onboarding processes
- Providing customer service support via Live Chat, phone and email
- Speaking to customers to ensure that they have relevant information/access to start the onboarding process
- Customer service admin - following up with customers to make sure that they have completed the onboarding process
- Updating information on the database
- Doing customer data uploads
- Operational admin tasks - e.g. updating of Excel spreadsheets
- Use of CRM systems and MS Office


What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants will ideally have held a similar role recently and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined
Excellent customer service admin skills required and business admin experience
Knowledge and experience of MS Office and CRM systems
Able to start temporary work in Sheffield

• Develop and disseminate information and instructions to ensure uniform interpretation.
• Receive incoming pay directives, policies, and instructions to implement changes.
• Analyze pay statistics to identify problems and trends.
• Conduct training for processing of pay actions and allowances.
• Provide training at USARC and RSC Pay Workshops throughout the year.
• Research and answer pay inquiries using the Defense Joint Military Pay System - Reserve Component (DJMS-RC).
• Perform USAR Pay program regular reviews of unit Reserve Pay operations to ensure compliance with USARC guidance and accurate timely payments to TPU Soldiers.
