Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration Support
All administrative support required for Project Sales Team
- Handle incoming sales call/ emails and perform leads administration
- Sourcing for new leads from Tender Portals
- Create, compile and submit tender documents
- Assist in preparing quotations & proposal
All administrative support required for the Services Sales Team
- Preparation of maintenance contract renewal notice
- Preparation of services sales report to track renewal
2. Marketing Support
All administration support to the Marketing Team with key focus in sales-related activities
- Assist in developing marketing material
- Assist in marketing projects/ events
3. Other roles
- Supporting the Head of Operations and MD in all other administrative matters
- Buddy to the Administration Executive
- Assist to match supplier invoices with the necessary documents and key into the system
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
Education Qualification:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Level
Experience:
· Fresh Graduate or min 1 year of working experience or max 3 years working experience
· Knowledge of MS Office, Teams
· Able to work independently
· Able to start work immediately
