Program Manager (Contract)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a dynamic Cloud Supply Chain team focused on spares supply chain operations for data centers. In this fully remote role, you will work on the business side to deliver system changes that support new capabilities, process improvements, and hardware introductions. You will partner closely with Engineering, IT, and cross-functional business teams to drive end-to-end project execution — from requirements gathering through UAT and deployment — ensuring that critical spare parts are available to enable rapid remediation when data center components fail.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Spares Supply Chain (Procurement and Fulfillment) projects and initiatives, contributing to system enhancements that improve supply chain capabilities
- Gather and document business requirements, create process flow diagrams, develop test scripts, and produce presentations and other project documentation
- Collaborate closely with Engineering PMs, developers, IT teams, Data Governance, Planning, Analytics, Sourcing, Forward Logistics, and Reverse Logistics teams
- Own UAT end to end, including UAT planning, creating detailed schedules and dependencies, developing test scenarios and scripts, defining data requirements, executing tests, tracking and triaging defects, managing retesting, resolving issues, and confirming deployment readiness
- Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle
- Track implementation success measures and business outcomes, ensuring projects are well-documented and results are clearly communicated
- Participate in solution discussions and design reviews, supporting system implementation from inception through go-live
- Occasionally adjust working hours to support collaboration with India-based teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project or program management roles involving system implementations or enhancements
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Engineering, IT, or software development teams in a project capacity
- Hands-on experience owning and executing end-to-end UAT for system changes, including defect management and resolution
- Background in supply chain projects, particularly Procurement or Fulfillment, is strongly preferred
- Experience managing RAID logs, project milestones, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Technical project and program management with hands-on experience driving system implementations or system enhancements
- End-to-end UAT ownership, including test planning, script creation, defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution
- Business requirements gathering and process mapping with the ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working alongside Engineering, IT, and development teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality project documentation and executive presentations
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, and ADO
- Supply chain project experience or strong system implementation experience in a comparable domain
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple workstreams independently
- SAP ERP knowledge (nice to have)
- Supply chain system testing experience (nice to have)
- Supplier onboarding or trade experience for supply chain (nice to have)

- Pay Range*: $48 - $54.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
