Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate large-scale programs supporting new product development and implementation efforts.
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions.
Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
Drive alignment between product, business, operations, and technology teams.
Support Agile delivery practices and ensure effective coordination across workstreams.
Monitor project progress and proactively address obstacles to maintain delivery timelines.
Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project execution, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to define program objectives, success metrics, and strategic priorities.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Financial Services and/or Payments industry experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred; alternatively, candidates may qualify with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Previous experience supporting new product development or product build initiatives.
Prior experience working with KPMG and a demonstrated track record of successful delivery.
