Company Overviews

Bottleless Nation is a purpose-driven water solutions company on a mission to eliminate plastic waste from the workplace. We replace single-use plastic bottles and 3- and 5-gallon jugs with clean, sustainable bottleless water and ice systems for businesses across the U.S.

We design, deliver, and support commercial bottleless water coolers, filtered drinking water systems, and ice solutions that help organizations reduce plastic consumption, lower costs, and improve workplace hydration. Our solutions serve offices, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, education, hospitality, and other commercial environments looking for a more sustainable water alternative.

Sustainability isn’t just a message—it’s built into how we operate. Bottleless Nation is the only known company in our space actively recycling used water filters, setting a higher standard for environmental responsibility in the bottleless water industry.

We also lead with purpose through the Bottleless Nation Charitable Foundation (BNCF), which supports plastic reduction efforts, environmental cleanup initiatives, and access to clean drinking water in underserved communities. In its first two years, the BNCF contributed $155,600 toward organizations aligned with these goals.

By helping businesses move away from disposable bottles and jugs, we’re building a cleaner, more responsible future, one workplace at a time.

Good Work-Life Balance with Room for Growth
Pros: The flexibility of remote work is excellent, allowing me to manage my personal life effectively. I appreciate the company's commitment to sustainability and its impact. Management is generally approachable, and the team environment fosters collaboration. Sales performance incentives are competitive and achievable.
Cons: While leadership is responsive, communication about larger strategic shifts could be more transparent. Opportunities for advancement, though present, sometimes feel limited without specific experience. The initial onboarding for remote employees could be more robust.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the flexible remote work environment. Consider enhancing internal communication regarding long-term company goals and providing more structured career development paths for all employees.

Good team dynamic, but pay needs a boost
Pros: The best part about working here is definitely the people. My colleagues were always willing to help out, and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie. I also appreciated learning about water conservation technologies and the mission behind the company's eco-friendly products. The management team is generally approachable and open to feedback.
Cons: The compensation package, especially for entry-level roles, felt a bit low compared to industry standards in the Sellersburg area for similar work. Also, while growth is possible, advancement often feels slow and depends heavily on specific openings rather than a structured career path. Some processes could also be more streamlined.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the compensation structure for hourly roles to better align with market rates. Also, explore creating more defined internal pathways for employee development and promotion opportunities.

Decent work environment with growth potential.
Pros: The best part of working here was the autonomy. As a field technician, I had a lot of control over my schedule and routes, which really helped with work-life balance. The company's mission to reduce plastic waste is also highly motivating, and I felt good about the service we provided to clients in the DFW area. Training was thorough, setting me up for success in installing and maintaining water purification systems.
Cons: The main drawback was inconsistent communication from management regarding new service protocols or client updates. Sometimes this led to minor delays or confusion in the field. Additionally, while the base pay was fair for the industry, opportunities for significant pay increases felt limited without moving into a supervisory role. Benefits were standard but not exceptional.
Advice to Management: Improve field team communication channels for faster updates and feedback. Consider more structured pathways for skill development and pay raises for experienced technicians.
