Pros: The best part about working here is definitely the team environment. People are genuinely helpful and passionate about the science. There are opportunities to learn new techniques and contribute to interesting projects. Management is generally approachable, and there's a good sense of camaraderie.
Cons: Sometimes internal communication can be a bit slow, especially across different departments, which can delay project timelines. Approval processes for resources can also be a bit cumbersome. These are minor issues, but they do add up during busy periods.
