There are plenty of opportunities for professional development and training, which has been great for my career growth. The hybrid work model for Project Engineers also offers decent work flexibility, making it easier to manage personal commitments. It feels like a stable environment overall.
Cons: Sometimes, the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, especially on larger engineering projects in our industry. It can occasionally make hitting project deadlines a bit more challenging than they need to be. Also, while there's good career growth if you're proactive, the promotion path isn't always super fast, so you need to be patient and keep pushing.
