Pros: The biggest plus is the collaborative environment. My colleagues are smart and always willing to help out, which makes tackling complex defense projects enjoyable. They also offer decent flexibility with the hybrid setup, allowing for a good work-life balance most weeks. Training opportunities are available for upskilling.
Cons: While work-life balance is generally good, there are periods, especially around project deadlines, where the workload can become quite heavy, leading to longer hours. The pay and benefits package is competitive for the industry, but perhaps not as generous as some top-tier tech firms, especially when comparing base salary.
