Pros: I really enjoyed the collaborative spirit and the focus on continuous learning here. Management was generally supportive, and the team really pulled together on projects. The hybrid work setup in the Northville office was a huge plus, making it easier to manage personal life while still contributing effectively. Great exposure to various tech stacks.
Cons: While growth opportunities exist, the process for advancement could be more structured and transparent. Sometimes project priorities shifted quite rapidly, which could be a bit challenging to navigate. Compensation was decent but not top-tier for the industry in the Michigan area.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the team-oriented culture and invest more in clear career pathing for engineers. Transparent communication about long-term goals would be highly beneficial for morale and retention.
