While the software industry is booming and demand for people with software skills is greater than ever, the education just isn't there. Codeit tackles the education problem with three simple solutions: (1) better content, (2) better platform, (3) for an affordable price.
Codeit provides an interactive online platform to teach today's most in-demand skills—programming and data science. We have had over 100,000 students, the vast majority of whom decided a change in career.
We certainly are proud of our achievements so far in better equipping the world with digital skills. However, Codeit exists to serve a bigger purpose—to help people "learn to love learning". Our take on education is that it's much more than about simply imparting knowledge. It's about bringing out the innate human affinity towards learning.

Advice to Management: Consider more frequent, transparent updates from leadership regarding company direction and project roadmaps to help align teams and foster a stronger sense of shared purpose.

Pros: Codeit really excels at providing continuous learning opportunities for its tech staff. As a Software Developer, I appreciated the access to training resources and the encouragement to pick up new skills. The collaborative atmosphere among engineers is also a big plus, making problem-solving efficient. It's a decent place for early to mid-career professionals in the Korean IT industry.
Cons: While the team dynamic is good, I sometimes found communication from senior leadership could be clearer. Project priorities sometimes shifted without much notice, which could be a bit disruptive. Some employees felt there was room for improvement in how feedback is cascaded from management.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured town halls or Q&A sessions to improve transparency and alignment on company strategy and project roadmaps for all teams.
