Pros: I've found AmeriWater to be a stable employer with a strong focus on delivering quality water solutions. The field service role offers a good mix of independence and team collaboration. Training for new equipment and techniques is generally provided, which is great for staying up-to-date in the water technology industry. The people are generally friendly and helpful.
Cons: While there's flexibility, managing workloads can sometimes be challenging, especially during peak seasons.
