Pros: I've found AmeriWater to be a stable employer with a strong focus on delivering quality water solutions. The field service role offers a good mix of independence and team collaboration. Training for new equipment and techniques is generally provided, which is great for staying up-to-date in the water technology industry. The people are generally friendly and helpful.
Cons: While there's flexibility, managing workloads can sometimes be challenging, especially during peak seasons. Some of the older equipment we service could use an upgrade, which occasionally impacts efficiency. Communication between departments could also be streamlined for faster issue resolution.
Advice to Management: Consider investing in newer diagnostic tools for field techs and implementing more regular cross-departmental syncs to improve operational flow and response times.
