Pros: The team atmosphere at NxtGener is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help you learn and grow, which is a huge plus for anyone starting out or looking to expand their skillset. There's a real sense of camaraderie. Management does offer opportunities for skill development and encourages trying new technologies, making it an engaging place to work for a tech company. The flexibility to work remotely is also a major benefit.
Cons: While leadership generally has good intentions, there's often a disconnect in communication, leading to some confusion about project priorities or strategic direction. Sometimes decisions seem to come down without much context. Also, during crunch times, the workload can become quite heavy, impacting work-life balance if not managed proactively by individuals. More transparency from leadership would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving top-down communication by providing more context for decisions and strategic shifts. Establishing clearer channels for feedback directly from teams to senior leadership could also foster better alignment and address workload concerns more effectively during peak periods.
