There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning, both for our users and for employees, which is a huge plus. The flexibility that comes with remote work in the EdTech industry is a major advantage.
Cons: While generally good, sometimes during peak content launch periods, the workload can become quite intense, making it challenging to maintain an even work-life balance. Communication about project timelines could occasionally be clearer to manage expectations better, especially for us content creators working on tight deadlines. More structured pathways for career advancement would also be beneficial.
