Pros: The best part about working at Augment is definitely the work flexibility. Being fully remote has been a game-changer for managing personal life. The team I work with is fantastic – very collaborative and supportive. I've learned a lot of new technologies and enjoy the problem-solving aspects of my role. There's a general sense of good camaraderie among colleagues.
Cons: While flexibility is great, career growth isn't always clearly defined. It sometimes feels like promotions or increased responsibilities are more about timing or being vocal than a structured progression. Communication from upper leadership about long-term strategy could also be more consistent to help align everyone's efforts. Overall, a good experience, but improvements in clarity would be welcome.
