Pros: The best part about working at Augment is definitely the work flexibility. Being fully remote has been a game-changer for managing personal life. The team I work with is fantastic – very collaborative and supportive. I've learned a lot of new technologies and enjoy the problem-solving aspects of my role. There's a general sense of good camaraderie among colleagues.
Cons: While flexibility is great, career growth isn't always clearly defined. It sometimes feels like promotions or increased responsibilities are more about timing or being vocal than a structured progression. Communication from upper leadership about long-term strategy could also be more consistent to help align everyone's efforts. Overall, a good experience, but improvements in clarity would be welcome.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer, more structured career development paths and ensure consistent communication from leadership about company direction and how individual roles contribute to it. This would help boost morale and retention.
