As a Senior Refrigeration Engineer, I've found that while projects are demanding, there's a strong understanding from leadership about respecting personal time. The team culture in our Port Charlotte, FL office is fantastic; everyone is collaborative and supportive, making it a great work environment for an engineering consulting firm.
