Training is provided for new processes, which is helpful for skill development in the industrial equipment sector. My daily tasks as an Assembly Technician were engaging.
Cons: While the job security is decent, the pace can sometimes feel a bit slow, and communication from upper management about big-picture strategy isn't always clear. Opportunities for rapid career advancement are limited for shop floor roles, and compensation increases aren't always substantial, though the benefits package is fair for the region. Sometimes the workflow can be a bit uneven.
Advice to Management: Consider more transparent communication regarding company goals and strategic shifts. Regular, clear updates would help everyone feel more connected and informed about the direction of our industrial automation business.
