Pros: I really appreciate the supportive team environment at FleetForce; everyone's willing to jump in and help out, which is great for new employees. The work flexibility is a huge plus, allowing for a good work-life balance that's hard to find in the vocational education industry. I've also found opportunities for learning and personal growth within my Admissions Representative role.
Cons: Sometimes during peak enrollment periods, the workload for an Admissions Representative can get pretty intense, leading to some pressure. A more streamlined approval process for certain student applications could also help reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency for both staff and students.
Advice to Management: Keep fostering the strong team culture and consider implementing new tools or refining processes to better manage high-volume periods. Enhancing internal communication about upcoming program changes could also benefit everyone. This would further support our mission in the trucking industry

Pros: The best part about working at FleetForce is definitely the people. There's a real sense of teamwork among the operational staff, and everyone pitches in when things get hectic. I've learned a ton about fleet management systems and logistics coordination, which has been great for my career development. Management is approachable and generally supportive of new ideas.
Cons: The main area for improvement would be in strategic communication from senior leadership. Sometimes decisions feel like they come out of nowhere, and it's hard to see the long-term vision. Also, during peak seasons, the workload can become overwhelming, and processes for approvals sometimes cause delays, which can be frustrating for the operational teams.
Advice to Management: Try to increase transparency about strategic decisions and long-term company goals. Better communication from the top would help teams feel more aligned and motivated, especially during challenging periods or when implementing new operational changes. Streamlining approval workflows could also significantly boost efficiency.
