LAND SURVEYOR
· To able to use theodolite and Electronic Total Station skillfully and accurately
· To be responsible and distance between points.
· To accurately indicate land elevations, property lines, land contour for development, to divide land or many other purposes.
· To perform all surveying work from setting out to the preparation of as-built survey plans.
· To perform construction strake-out and boundary surveys.
· To maintain construction strake-out and boundary surveys.
· To maintain and store of drawing files for active projects.
· To Plot field data, using survey computer programs, construct maps and prepare reports.
· To timely provide surveying data to the contract department for progress claims purposes.
· To assemble field data, reduces field notes and makes survey calculations.
· To take accurate measurements and recoding the exact land layout in order to assist in the production of maps, graphs, or other documents.
· To perform all surveying activities in an accurate manner thus avoiding rework.
· To constantly monitoring and checking that construction works conform to the survey lines and drawings.
· To carry out other related duties such as preparing sketches as required by you superior.
· To perform all surveying activities in a timely manner thus avoiding delays in site operations.
· To perform monthly joint surveys the client, consultants. Surveyors and sub- contractors.
· To keep records for surveying and calibration equipment
· To be responsible of the safe keeping of all surveying instruments provided.
· To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the ISO quality system.
