1. Full Set Accounting: 
   - Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) functions.
   - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
   - Implement and maintain robust accounting processes and procedures.
2. Financial Reporting: 
   - Prepare accurate and timely profit and loss (P&L) reports.
   - Generate comprehensive financial statements and analysis for management review.
   - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance.
3. Cash Management: 
   - Oversee petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
   - Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over cash transactions.
4. Month-end and Year-end Closing: 
   - Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
   - Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial activities are appropriately recorded.
5. Tax Compliance: 
   - Liaise with tax agents and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
   - Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documents.
6. Financial Forecasting: 
   - Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
   - Analyze trends and variances to provide insights into future financial performance.
7. Financial Analysis: 
   - Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
   - Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
