EG R&D Sdn Bhd was established in year 2013 as a newly formed subsidiary of Malaysia-based EG Industries Berhad. The Company is located in the 1st Technical Compliant MSC Status Building – Suntech at Penang Cybercity and serves as the R&D arm of EG Group which focusing and concentrating solely on the design and development of products for its clients. The Company partners with its clients to develop:

This independent R&D arm serves only as a sole purpose of research & development is essential for the Group to move further up the value chain from EMS to Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), developing competitive edge and securing future sustainability and growth of the EG Group.
Currently, we are building a talent driven engineering and design team to meet company’s objective of adding value in end products and maintain leadership in edge technology. 1. Generating appointment booking report and ageing report.
2. Check for Console Report
3. Tally check for console orders against report generated and console the orders
accordingly.
4. Call customer for delivery appointment.
5. Request for Tax invoice, K1 & K2 forms for orders to be delivered to FTZ areas.
6. Follow up on emails with Credit Finance and Operation team.
7. Coordinate with Transport Department on the timing of delivery.
8. Follow up with Transport Department on the status of delivery.
9. Handling customers complaint and escalations.
10. Follow up on emails with Sales / Logistics Department.
11. Updating and send weekly Report to Finance for Billing.
12. Prepare documentation for delivery to FTZ areas.

d) Manage the on-boarding process by integrating a new employee into the organization and culture from providing induction.
e) Manage the off-boarding process of staff resignation ranges and conduct exit interview,
f) Prepare monthly payroll and ensure that HR data related to salary records are correct.
g) To perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN, KWSP, SOSCO, EIS) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
h) Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
i) Manage and update staff insurance, payment request, claims submission, and follow up.
j) Assist to organize employee engagement activities.
k) Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
l) To investigate and handle all allegations of staff misconduct and to administer appropriate disciplinary actions, including carrying out a domestic inquiry in accordance with the requirements of the Employment Act.
Requirements:
a) Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, professional degree in Human Resources or Business Management
b) Minimum 4 years working experience as HR Generalist and min 3 years of payroll processing experience.
c) Possess a good working attitude and independent.
