Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role located in Petaling Jaya. Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account and Finance Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

· Monthly receivable and payable reports 

· Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs 

· Prepare tax documents and liaise with the auditor and tax firms

Qualifications

Project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project from inspection to completion. Be a team player in delivering sucessful construction projects by effectively managing resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations. 

1. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approve architectural drawings and specifications
2. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements

Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager’s role is to build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Assistant Manager will be in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. Assistant Manager will also be required to answer client queries as first point of contact and subject matter expert on DEC and identify new business opportunities among existing customers, and develop new customers for the Driving Experience Centre as well.

• Primary contact for all Driving Experience Centre matters – sales, product and facility operations.

As a New Media Planning Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize our online presence, drive engagement, and achieve our marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving skills to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience across various digital channels.

Responsibilities : 

· Managing the company social media platforms, assist in article editing and pictures uploading 

· Responsible in the creative planning and designing of pictures, banners 

· Plan on the promotional publishing of the books and sales tools produced by the company

· Translate the data/information collected from the market into mandarin 

· Organise and present data collected on public info

Qualifications :

· Possess at least Bachelor's degree in in marketing, advertising, mass communications, Chinese Language studies or related field 

· Proven experience in digital media planning, advertising, or a related role.

· Strong understanding of digital media landscape, platforms, and technologies.

· Require Professional Writing and Communication Skills in both Mandarin & English

· Competent in basic design softwares such as PhotoShop and Ai, experience on image and video editing will be an added advantage

· Attain basic knowledge in the management of social media platform

· Creative, possesses basic observational and analytical skills

· Able to communicate and work as a team, willing to learn and self-disciplined

RESUME IS COMPULSORY

• Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.
• To maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain financial security by establishing and enhancing existing internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Preparation of cash flows budget by monitoring cash inflows and expenses, coordinating collections and payments with the assistance of accounts executive to ensure that financial commitments are met.
• Prepare accurate and complete of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Reports (balance sheet, profit and loss and cashflow statement).
• Prepare accounting-related reports, summaries, and reconciliation.
• Maintains confidence by keeping financial information confidential.
• Coordinate annual audit process.
• Create invoice and payment.
• To assist in prepared commission statement and payment voucher.
• Sending dividend SMS notification to Client.
• Liaise with operation, support personnel, and external parties (e.g., Auditor, LHDN, lawyer etc.) to resolve problems/queries which arise.
• Able to handle multiple companies accounts.
• Performing other ad-hoc assignments as required within required time frame.

• Positive working attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Requirements : 

· Must be a Malaysian

· Candidates currently pursuing ICSA course or its equivalent professional qualifications

· Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial/Accounting or ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICSA, CIMA or partially qualified or currently pursing professional examinations as enumerated above may apply

· Fresh graduates or those current pursuing professional examination or who are seeking a professional career in the field of Company Secretary are encouraged to apply

· Candidates should have both good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Responsibilities :

· Assisting Company Secretary in administering the day-to-day operation of secretarial compliance with statutory requirement, regulations and guidelines relevant to company secretarial practice

· To maintain and update the secretarial records

· To prepare resolutions, minutes and statutory documents

· To assist in the preparation of notices/agenda and minutes of pre & post meeting of Board Meeting and General Meeting

· Preparation and submission of Forms and Documents for filing to SSM in accordance to SSM’s regulations

· To handle general administrative duties related to Company Secretarial functions
