The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between cross- functional teams, including IT, operations, and medical professionals, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into innovative technology solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for the EPIC system
- Work closely with developers, designers, and testers to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Facilitate communication and foster collaboration between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
3. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements management.
6. Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering techniques, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
9. Proficiency in documenting user journey map and requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools.
