Statutory Accounting and Reporting

主要責任：

· 協助規劃、組織和管理物流運作，包括廢食用油的裝運、接收、儲存和運輸。

· 與收集團隊、處理設施和最終用戶協調，確保及時且有效率的取貨和送貨計劃。

· 監控和管理庫存水準以確保庫存準確性。

· 實施和維護物流程序和協議，以遵守環境法規和公司政策。

· 與物流經理合作，與承運商、供應商和物流服務提供者協商合同，以優化成本並確保服務品質。

· 利用物流軟體和系統進行庫存管理和物流最佳化。

· 為後勤人員提供培訓和支持，確保高水準的團隊績效並遵守安全標準。

· 處理出現的任何物流相關問題或爭議，並根據需要採取糾正措施。

資格：

· 擁有供應鏈管理、物流、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。

· 至少3年物流或供應鏈管理經驗，最好在散裝液體產業或相關產業。

· 必須對航運和物流運作有深入的了解，包括國際航運法規和清關。

· 良好的電腦知識和IT悟性。

· 優秀的組織、溝通（英語和馬來語）和談判技巧。

· 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作並管理多個優先事項。

· 批判性思考者和解決問題的能力。

· 較強的時間管理能力、緊迫感和始終按時完成任務的記錄。
