Key Responsibilities
*Reporting to and assisting the Finance Manager with the monthly reporting and accounting. The role will be varied and include responsibilities spanning across Financial Accounting and Analysis.
*Preparation of monthly balance sheet & GL reconciliation.
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis.
*Monthly analysis of key costs within the business.
*Production of monthly variance analysis with commentaries.
*Annual budgeting with Finance Manager.
*Completion of all month end journals.
Candidate profile
This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in accounting. You will be a hands on, proactive and genuinely down to earth individual who is prepared to roll up sleeves and work with maturity and professionalism.
Ideally we are seeking candidates who are working within the property industry in Malaysia.
*Malaysian male or female.
*Possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
*An experienced management Accountant in property development business/industry.
*Strong Excel skills and general IT application skills.
*Possess strong communication skills especially in English.

About the team
This FIS Sales Team is focused on bringing valuable Corporate Liquidity solutions to the market. Focusing on Order to Cash technology, we offer a broad spectrum of front to back solutions to our clients. The team is focused on growth, predominantly new name business but also some organic growth.
What you will be doing
As part of the Corporate and International Banking Amplify team, and as an experienced and proven Sales and Subject Mater Expert in the Order to Cash technology space, you will utilize your professional expertise along with knowledge of FIS company products and services. Help sellers through a specific channel, partner on territory management, share your expertise in client, meetings and on panels,, and collaborate with a team that is responsible for selling FIS solutions in the core banking vertical.
As part of the growth team, you will:
Position and help sell solutions and/or services to corporate and banking institutions
Develops and maintains new account relationships.
Solicit and maintain a network of prospects. Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
Demonstrate knowledge of the corporate or banking industry, business challenges, and solutions in the marketplace including competitive intelligence.
Build and maintain necessary new revenue pipeline. Demonstrates pipeline growth on a quarterly basis. Maintains activity levels with meaningful progress: calls, meetings next steps and follow ups.
Prepare and present proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
Help negotiate, structure, and close “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilize appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Assist in the development of sales tactics and strategies and collaborate with the product management and marketing resources.
Meet or exceed sales quota goals and objectives.
Collaborates with the business, finance, and pre-sales on opportunities as well as strategic initiatives.
Sit on panels related to the industry and share your industry and market expertise.
What you bring:
Significant subject matter expertise in the order to cash or working capital space
Knowledge of asset finance industry, solutions technology including systems, applications, and regulatory practices.
Disciplined and self-motivated individual with proven track record of exceeding quota.
Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
Understanding of FIS and competitive products and services
Must have prior experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
Prior experience using LinkedIn and other professional social media tools to develop new prospects and advance opportunities.
Solid understanding of a typical and a-typical sales life cycle, especially on the remote environment.
Must be motivated by exceeding expectations and reaping the rewards that FIS offers.
Solid decision-making and problem solving and creativity skills.
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Dynamics or Salesforce.com

The KYC Due Diligence Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Assist Citi on KYC efforts in accordance to the CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures
Subject Matter Expert
Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Client types across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
Determining if the accounts are in scope
Client Identification, Verification and Screening
Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer), connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or through approved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checks will be performed which include negative news and social media checks
Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews
Ensure all information
Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is required to complete the review
Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to senior management for further reviews promptly
Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken
Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance
Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submission and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews
Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews
Proficiency in Cantonese language (HK market)
