About the job
As the Executive,Internal Audit, you will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager and team members to enable an ongoing programmes of internal audits across the business. Your job role will involve in:
*Conduct financial,compliance and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy/appropriateness and effectiveness of internal controls,risk management process and corporate governance practices within business operation of the Group.
*Review quarterly management accounts and year end audited statutory accounts,including related party transactions.
*Make value added recommendations to reduce cost,improve processes or rectify weaknesses in controls.
*Preparation of comprehensive audit reports on assigned activities.
The candidate
To be successful, you will be a Malaysian age 26-35, possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role must be someone who have working experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing role within public listed company environment. Candidate should have a good knowledge of current Malaysian accounting and audit standards.
To be able to play a successful role, we are looking for candidates with a good command of English,both spoken and written besides conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. Once on board, he/she must also be able to travel for audit assignments.

The KYC Due Diligence Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Assist Citi on KYC efforts in accordance to the CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures
Subject Matter Expert
Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Client types across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
Determining if the accounts are in scope
Client Identification, Verification and Screening
Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer), connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or through approved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checks will be performed which include negative news and social media checks
Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews
Ensure all information
Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is required to complete the review
Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to senior management for further reviews promptly
Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken
Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance
Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submission and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews
Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews
Proficiency in Cantonese language (HK market)

To lead the Audit Team and ensure the Audit is meeting the objectives and completion of the assignment within the allocated resources;
To compile and ensure the accuracy of fact and completeness of the Audit Report and Audit working paper;
Assist the Corporate/Station/IT Audit Manager in all matters of internal audit, including planning the scope and procedures for audit engagements;
To execute any cross function assignment within GIA department; and
To carry out any tasks and works assigned by Audit Manager and above as and when needed

Perform preliminary review, including the internal control evaluation, with guidance from the Audit Manager
Perform Audit assignment in accordance to the professional standards, within the scope and resource allocation limits of the Audit assignment
Write the draft observation
Ensure completeness of Audit working paper
Perform ad-hoc audits on area of concerns as and when required
Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance

The Fund Accounting Change Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible to in-business change support for Fund Accounting Operations - Transaction Services team.
Job Background:
FA Change Business Analyst is mainly responsible to support client change requests and process improvement initiatives which require extensive analytical skills with FA Operations expertise. This role is expected to assist in requirement gathering and impact assessment with relevant SMEs in determining the optimal solution.

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
