Pros: I loved the remote setup as a Content Writer. It gave me good flexibility. I could manage my day better without a commute. The team is also pretty supportive, which helps.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough for Content roles here. There's often pressure to hit tight deadlines, especially for big digital campaigns. It's common to work late, pushing past a standard 40-hour week. You really need to set boundaries yourself.
Advice to Management: Management needs to better distribute the workload. Don't rely so much on Content Writers staying late. Better project planning would really improve work-life balance for the whole team.
