About the role


As an International Trading Officer at our manufacturing site in Acacia Ridge, you will support the International Trading Manager to ensure that the vendor performance is analysed and corrective actions are implemented. You will be maintaining working relationships with the domestic and overseas suppliers of the business You will have the opportunity to work with various teams such as sales, marketing, dispatch, transport providers in friendly office environment with on-site parking.
 

Tracking and tracing stock movements using internal and external sources to accurately approve orders, have a good understanding of delivery schedule calculations and liaise with relevant customers and stakeholders
Providing the customers and internal sales with updates on changes within shipping dates and arriving orders
Updating BPCS and container tracking system to reflect changes in shipping details as advised by international trading manager

You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.

We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.

- Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality) is advantageous

- Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous

The Internal Quality Assurance role is integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional training and education services that meet regulatory requirements and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal quality assurance reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of training programs and processes.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain high standards of training delivery and assessment.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the education and care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
