Job Description

• To assist in maintenance work procurement and productivity;
• To build a long term relationship with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
• To follow up on maintenance works and be the middle person of contact
  between clients, contractors and suppliers;
• To record maintenance works daily and arrange contractor or supplier
  accordingly;
• To monitor and review all the maintenance works by contractor and supplier;
  To perform other related duties as required during working hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Consults with clients and considered their interior design preferences in the project
• Creates interior design sketches as per the customer’s requests and requirements
• Suggests additions or modifications for certain projects as needed
• Supervises interior design projects to ensure that the client needs are met
• Utilizes computer applications for initial and final designs
• Installs design elements as required
• Ensured that the planned design is met with the consideration of the client’s budget and deadlines
• The projects handled will be Office, Retail, Residential on Design and Built basic.
• A person experienced with handling projects within the Klang Valley is an added bonus.

Job Requirement:

• Good in 3D Studio, Autocad, AI and photoshop software are essential
• 4-5 years experience in Office, Retail, Residentia projects
• Appreciation for a variety of design styles reflecting the client's wishes
• Good project experience
• Strong hand drawing and sketching skills
• A proactive, firm and a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial awareness and accountability

Job Description ;

• Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
• Update daily container movement planning.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destination.
• Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and other related document preparation.
• To coordinate with 3rd party logistics service providers and provide full logistic support to the sales division.
• To liaise with customers for any inquiry.
• Carry out any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement ;

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

Record and coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments, examine 
orders for goods, and prepare production schedules. 
Formal qualifications are not essential to work as a Production Clerk.

Although some workers have a Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification or a university degree in  transport, logistics or warehousing operations. 

RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Accountable for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods. 
• Updatesinventory and stock location records. Checks inventories and prepares 
  delivery schedules. 
• Count incoming stock and reconciles it with requisitions. Examines orders and 
  compiles data for production schedules. 
• Receive all incoming goods and verify against purchase orders for quantity 
  and specification. 
• Establishes and co-ordinates the operating procedures for receiving, 
  responsible to ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper 
  handling, storage, and shipping goods. 
• Ensure goods despatched are securely packed to avoid transit damage. 
• Liaise with Financial Section and Sales & Marketing Department to ensure 
  despatch requirements are met. 
• Liaise with production personnel on quality problems and take the necessary 
  corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. 
• Responsible to prepare the packing slip and loading summary to generate 
  delivery order & invoice. 
• Examines containers to ensure that they are filled, and records quantities. 
• Investigates and identifies supply sources and prepares and processes purchase orders. 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
a) Min SPM or equivalent. 
b) Knowledge of computer is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Read bluprints and instruction to comprehend the quality expectation for the products and supplies.
• Choose output samples and check them using appropriate methods measuring dimension, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.
• Manage records of testing, information and various metrics.
• Document and submit reports to the Quality Head.
• To inspect product at production line.
• To ensure the products meet customer requirement.
• To ensure the form fully fill as per ISO requirement.
• To assist Quality Head on product complaint / customer complaint investigation.
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as quality inspector or relevant role.
•  A sharp eye for details and result-driven approach.
•  Responsible and trustworthy.
• Solid knowledge of quality control standard and testing methodologies.
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO9001 etc).
• Min SPM level, further qualification will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently as as a part of team.
