RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an experienced SOX Compliance expert to lead our SOX Team. The SOX Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and as such oversees governance for internal control over financial reporting (ICFR).

The General Manager position is responsible for the management and execution of the SOX programme for the entire BW LPG Group and Hafnia Group ( collectively Groups). This position reports to the respective Audit Committees and administratively to the EVP Compliance of BW Group. This highly visible role will work closely with senior management as well as cross-functional leaders throughout the Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respective Management with evaluating design of controls, including acting as a liaison with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure SOX documentation (key risks and related controls, policies and procedures and other internal control documentation) is complete and up to date
• Drive process and control changes by working with BPOs in order to gain controls effectiveness and to improve the control environment in general
• Review the annual SOX Scoping, Planning Materiality and Risk Assessment and proactively monitor changes that may impact the design and/or operating effectiveness of ICFR
• Oversee coordination between Internal and External Auditors, and BPOs to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution of the annual evaluation of ICFR and reporting to those charged with governance
• Ensure control preparer/reviewer/owner responsibilities are transitioned timely and appropriately, when needed, to ensure adequate segregation of duties, proper supervisory reviews and adequate skills with respect to ICFR
• Monitor on a quarterly basis and review the results of control deficiencies identified for management remediation
• Identify and communicate ICFR changes to respective Management, and the respective Audit Committees
• Oversee the execution of annual walkthroughs of scoped-in business processes and Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) to ensure effective evaluation of the design of ICFR and update all relevant SOX documentation in Risk Control Matrices and Flowcharts
• Assist IT manager with identification and documentation of ITGC, Information Technology Application Controls (ITAC), and business process controls, mapping them to the relevant process flows
• Oversee the design and deployment of audit procedures and techniques for technical / IT areas such as segregation of duties and critical access, ERP configuration controls and other related areas
• Assess the severity of Control Deficiencies
• Work with BPOs to develop remediation plans for Control Deficiencies and monitor the remediation status of such plans
• Coordinate and assist BPOs with the assessment of adequacy of ICFR of SOC-1 certifications to formally evaluate ICFR at third-party service organisations
• Stay informed of changes in legislation, accounting standards and regulatory guidance which impact ICFR, including reviews of PCAOB reports of External Auditors
• Attend key management committee meetings to stay informed of business changes that may impact the Group's ICFR, including meetings with the C-suite

QUALIFICATIONS

• Chartered Accountant or Certified Public/Practicing Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor with a Big 4 Public Accounting firm is strongly preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience with developing and managing Audit Team members
• Experience with assessing the design of controls and executing SOX compliance programs for a multinational corporation
• Strong background in public company SOX compliance requirements, accounting standards and financial reporting processes, including a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational effectiveness

Roles Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassador Management: Oversee a team of brand ambassadors representing over 80 brands, including recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure brand representation aligns with company standards and objectives.
• Negotiation with Brand Ambassadors: Collaborate with brand ambassadors to negotiate discount terms, promotional offers, and sales incentives that drive brand visibility, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for each brand, considering market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maximize sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors, brands, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive mutual success.
• Merchandising Planning: Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including product assortments, displays, and promotions, to optimize visibility, accessibility, and appeal of branded products in retail stores and online channels.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate brand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for brand merchandising activities, including brand ambassador commissions, marketing materials, and promotional expenses, to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and alignment with financial goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to align brand merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards, contractual agreements, and legal requirements in all merchandising activities, and conduct regular quality checks to maintain brand integrity and reputation.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance, merchandising activities, and key initiatives, and communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or related roles, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brand ambassadors and negotiating with brand partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand ambassadors, brands, and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• You will provide Clinical Operations Support and Service Management across a few clinical disciplines.
• You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will work closely with the Clinical HODs and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services in the ambulatory care and community setting to improve patients’ access to care and clinical outcomes. This will require knowledge in project management, operational excellence, financial planning and budgeting, workflow design, data collection, reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

· Good Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare administration or specialist clinic operations with at least 5 - 8 years of industry experience

· Organised, meticulous individual with good project management skills

· Affable personality with ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

The Engagement Manager plays the critical role for setting customers up for Success by prescriptively shaping and then leading the execution of large and transformational projects at our most strategic customers. The Engagement Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers in their portfolio, providing guidance to Sales & Professional Services teams, ensuring synergies across each customer’s projects, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Partnered with a Success Partner (Sales person), the Engagement Manager’s time is split between pre and post sales activities, acting as the Delivery expert across the portfolio of products and engaging other SMEs across the organization to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. The Engagement Manager will then maintain the executive relationships and act as an escalation point within these implementations in a billable capacity, ensuring tight stakeholder alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.

The most successful Engagement Managers have a broad range of IT and consulting experience, with deep technical knowledge of application integration, API management solutions along with project management and cloud computing environments. They are comfortable operating in an amorphous pre-sales environment, excel in coalescing competing and chaotic needs and challenges into a comprehensive and sound plan for delivering Customer Success. Candidates must have personally demonstrated prescriptive solutioning, demonstrate immense project delivery credibility, providing strong leadership and hands-on participation in strategic engagements. The efficacy of Engagement Manager is measured by the ultimate success of the Customers in their portfolio.

Role Description:

• Aligning closely with Account and Services Sales teams to own pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development and project staffing
• Leading the development of client-specific implementation proposals, SOWs, staffing plans, engaging with SMEs across the organization to gain consensus on an acceptable proposal
• Provide the Professional Services team with Subject Matter Expertise related to the proposed solution and client needs in order to ensure successful project delivery
• Where appropriate and required for Customer Success, providing direct oversight to the project team during the full lifecycle of the engagement
• Retain and nurture relationships post-engagement to ensure ongoing opportunities are realized and acted upon appropriately
• Manage project- and account-level escalations as needed
• Anticipate needs and position training, support and other solutions that may be needed for a successful customer experience
• Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new potential clients
• Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously
• Navigating and engaging within our partner ecosystems, where partners may simultaneously work with you and compete with you around a common set of accounts
• Deep understanding of factors that drive customer success for MuleSoft (or similar) implementations and how they directly contribute to long term customer retention
• The ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success, be it through the addition of new products and services, strategy & planning, or escalation
• Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives
• Travel 40-70% (depends on geography and account distribution)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
• Experience managing C-level client relationships, including escalation resolution
• Enterprise-level project management experience
• Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
• Experience as a technical and/or functional architect in a mid to large sized organization focused on integration, API roadmaps and strategy
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
• BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus

• Able to command a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, salesforce.com road mapping, social enterprise strategy, mobile strategy and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
