Join our Global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team as the GEM (Global Emerging Market) SFE Director - a pivotal role that serves as a key business partner to our GEM Sales team and plays an integral part in our Global SFE leadership. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing cutting-edge SFE practices to elevate the capabilities, skills, tools, and processes of our GEM Sales team, driving growth in this vital region for Convatec.
Your responsibilities cover five pillars of Sales excellence:
Sales data and Insights
Sales Incentive Plans
Customer Focus – Account Segmentation & Account Plans
Sales Tools & Processes
SFE Training – in collaboration with our Global SFE Training Director & GEM training lead.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and develop SFE support for our GEM sales team, fostering effective business partnerships across our business units.
Influence and shape our GEM SFE strategy aligned with the Global SFE framework as part of our Global SFE team.
Partner with the local country SFE support teams to deliver exceptional SFE support for GEM.
Establish robust sales data reporting and insights to empower informed decision-making, driving sales productivity and market share.
Develop and implement efficient sales operations processes and governance.
Launch, build, and embed CRM and other sales tools, providing coaching to sales leaders on generating insights from usage.
Manage sales performance compensation and recognition, ensuring incentive plans are rolled out timely and effectively.
About You:
To be successful you will have:
Proven track record in commercial experience supporting a sales organization with analytical skills to provide valuable business insight reporting.
Strong influencing abilities within a matrix organization.
Change management skills to drive positive transformation in sales practices.
Excellent communication skills to motivate and accomplish challenging goals.
Experience in recruiting and coaching successful sales teams.
Superior language skills in both local and English.
Solid IT skills, including excel and database proficiency and proven CRM adoption expertise.
Desirable qualifications include financial experience, international project group work, and an in-depth understanding of financial principles and resource planning.
