Job Description
● Exercise overall operational control over the MAA Inflight Operations including
manpower management, decision making, proper documentations and reporting.
● Operate as the coordinating & focal point for decisions making for the implementation
of the cost efficient decisions on MAA Inflight Operations.
● Monitor & anticipate events that may have impact upon operational integrity and take
necessary steps to mitigate disruption of Warehouse & Inflight Operations.
● Ensure appropriate procedures are established and implemented.
● Oversee all Inflight related systems (WMS, CMS,Pre book (SSR), Red watch,
AAshop & Santan express) for onboard ontime and accurate fulfillment.
● Manage Flight distribution (AOG, Diversion, SRO) in MAA base and out of base.
● Ensure Inflight equipment/Vehicle are operational fit and to take appropriate remedial
action including on-time servicing in accordance to Preventive Maintenance
Schedule.
● Perform other duties & responsibilities from time to time as per instruction by
immediate superior or Inflight Management.
Requirement
●Possess with D & GDL licence.
● Possess with minimum Diploma or any other related certificates.
● At least 5 years experience in Warehouse and Logistic Operations (added advantage
at Inflight Operations (Airline Industry)
● Able to perform work on shift including, overnight, weekends and public holidays.
●Proficient in oral and written Bahasa Melayu or English (Standard Airport
Requirement).
● Competent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook/google (Standard
Requirement)
● Ability to use AIMS, generate SSR, handheld and Google suite.
● Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful, honest and discretion when dealing
with valuable items, people (Standard Requirement).
● Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with
internal and external staff or Management level.
● Ability to make critical operational decisions.
