Job Title: IT System/Business Analyst- Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Duration: 24 months
Key Responsibilities:
System/Application Design Review:
Review system/application design specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Technical Assessment:
Conduct thorough technical reviews and assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Script and Module Development:
Collaborate with the Authority’s appointed contractor(s) to develop ad-hoc scripts and modules as per Service Request requirements.
Test Facilitation:
Facilitate and support System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) processes to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction.
Audit Support:
Assist in facilitating and supporting audits conducted by the Authority’s appointed auditor(s) on the system.
Source Code Review:
Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Technical and Project Management Support:
Provide technical and project management support, including managing daily operations, continuous system review for improvement, and ensuring contractor compliance with Authority’s requirements.
IT Application System Management:
Manage, maintain, and test IT application systems to ensure efficient operation and functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, external parties, ICT providers, and government agencies for system operational and maintenance works, as well as for new initiatives/enhancements.
Advisory Role:
Provide advisory support and guidance to team members on the development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs.
Documentation and Progress Monitoring:
Manage and maintain IT process documentation, track technical documentation, and monitor project progress.
Audit Coordination:
Coordinate and facilitate audit reviews conducted by parties authorized by the Authority.
Project Deliverables Review:
Review project deliverables (e.g., monthly project reports, test plans, test reports, application design/code) to ensure completeness for acceptance.
IT Operation Support:
Provide IT operation support for both on-premises and cloud operations.
Compliance Management:
Ensure project delivery compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, and identify and close any compliance gaps.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, business process mapping, and preparing business requirement specifications.
At least 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) software development/architecture or equivalent experience in the Oracle technical stack.
Experience in Azure Cloud platform.
