We are looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team to help us grow our brand in Singapore and beyond. You will be responsible for every facet of our consumer management and branding journey. From advertising, customer engagement, competitive analysis and service differentiation and prioritization, you will help shape the voice of our company and grow our consumer base. In this role, you'll be involved with leading our business development and customer management strategy, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to drive enrollment for our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for education. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working with high-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through marketing and networking on Chinese social media platforms
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential Chinese clients, including online and in-person meetings
3. Close deals to drive enrollment in our academic programs
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
6. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
7. Coordinate with finance staff for customer invoicing and bookkeeping

Requirements:

1. Competency in written and spoken Chinese as some Chinese clients will only speak Chinese
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Remuneration:

Basic monthly salary: SGD $3500 - $4000

The Role:

The Transcreation Project Executive (TPE) oversees managing localization projects for the client's Marketing Communications (Marcom) team. The TPE collaborates closely with clients, the Marcom Project Manager, and a network of creative talents from various Southeast Asian (SEA) markets. We are looking for a Business Management Trainee to join and support the Growth team. The Growth team in Aleph are entrepreneurs who champion clients and colleagues alike. With a keen sense for turning insight into opportunity, they are responsible for building relationships that foster commercial viability for our studio and our clients business. Motivated by work that makes a meaningful and sustained impact, the team is seeking to drive innovative work that solves our client’s business problems and engage consumers in new ways. Over the course of this apprenticeship, you will receive direct business experience under the mentors in the department to sharpen your professional skills.

We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us. Based on your performance, there is potential for a full time position in the future as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth team of end-to-end pitches / client responses, from inception and requirements definition to project’s delivery, making sure that the planning, timeline, the budget and the pitch quality are respected.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services.
• Ensure smooth business operations by managing resources, schedules, and team coordination.
• Maintain clear and effective communication (written and verbal) with clients and internal teams.

Key requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business operations or operations management OR Fresh Graduate with business and operations management internship experience.
• Meticulous approach to tasks ensuring accuracy in reports, proposals, and client interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
• Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Sheets, Docs, etc.) for project management, data organization, and seamless communication.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm outlook

The Job:

• Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation from warehouse and from local warehouse to stores.
• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand
• Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs
• Define allocation strategies in order to always ensure optimized inventory in store, changing the weeks of coverage and the depth of each SKU, accordingly to events/renovations/changes happening in store.
• Secure correct level of Inventory for new store opening, renovations, pop-up stores etc. to avoid stock out situation and secure sufficient coverage for best-sellers

The Requirements:

• Min Degree/ Diploma Holder with min 3-5 years of supply chain planning working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP
