This position is fast paced. As the Loyalty Program Administrator, you will be managing customers' portfolio entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program.
Your role will be attending to customer interactions in timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. A significant part of your role will also include managing, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.

We are looking for female candidates only to assume this customer-focus role. Ideally she should possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM. · Manage administrative aspects of onboarding, such as preparing employment documents

About the Job

You will lead firmware projects, designing, coding, and documenting large and small modules. Other responsibilities are as follow:

• Estimate coding time, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Working Days & Time: 5 days Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm
• Location: Gul Drive Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Responsible for monthly financial and analytical reports to management
• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in export and import procedures
• Assist in quarterly GST submission
• Assist in annual corporate tax submission
• Involved in annual external audit
• Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage
