We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Finance Accounting Officer to work with our Finance & Accounting Team at a luxury living residences at The Plaza Residences.

Job Descriptions

• Issuing monthly invoice, rental service invoice
• Reconcile Output VAT and PMSE VAT
• Filling VAT OUT in efaktur

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 2-3 years of experience in Billing AR/Accounting/tax
• Familiar with digital tax program (e-Faktur) is preferred
• Excellence in using  Ms. Office software (Ms. Excel/Word/PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting.
• Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP are preferred)
• Have good work ethics and Integrity
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.

Job Descriptions

• Understand applicable taxes related to business and able to do routine reconciliation (Art 21,23,26, 4(2), etc)
• Able to reconcile Input VAT, Output VAT and PMSE VAT
• Filling SPT, Document Vat IN, VAT OUT and Letters from Tax Office and Others
• Prepare, create, and maintain daily tax transaction documents (VAT Slips & WHT)
• Support monthly and annual tax compliance
• Prepare documents needed for any parties (external, taxes and internal audits) if necessary
• Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, tax and accounting/finance (tax is mandatory)
• Familiar with Indonesia applicable Tax Laws & Regulations
• Familiar with digital tax program (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc.) is preferred
• Excellence in using Ms. Office software (Ms. Excel/Word/PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting.
• Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP are preferred)
• Have Brevet A&B Certification are preferred
• Have good work ethics and Integrity
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.

• Create financial report & familiar with routine closing process
• Understand applicable taxes related to business and able to do routine reconciliation (Art 21, 23, 26, 4(2), etc)
• Able to reconcile Input VAT, Ouput VAT and PMSE VAT
• Filling SPT, Document VAT in, VAT out and Letters from tax office and others
• Prepare, create and maintain daily tax transaction documents (VAT slips & WHT)
• Support at monthly and annual tax compliance
• Prepare documents needed for any parties (external, taxes and internal audits) if necessary
• Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use
• Having experience in performing tax and commercial projection for tax planning
• Guides accounting and tax clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions

• Min. Degree in Accountancy/Finance (GPA of 3.00/4.00)
• Min. 5 years experiences in accounting, tax and finance
• Able to operate E-SPT, E-Faktur, and E-Biling
• Excellence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting
• Understand digital tax application (E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Bupot, etc) is preferred
• Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP) is preferred
• Have Brevet A&B Certification is preferred
• Experience in liaising with local tax bureau and external tax consultant
• Possess all-round accounting skills with analytic experiences
• Excellent in English (oral & written)
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
• Having experiences in property related business is preferred
