Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Service Department, focusing on business growth, and profitability.
- Manage service calls, scheduling, staff levels, sales generation, maintaining margins, and managing stock and equipment.
- Handle debt collection for service transactions.
- Provide technical advice and prepare quotations for the company’s products and services.
- Communicate with clients about service scheduling and coordination for efficient delivery.
- Contribute to workplace safety for all employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain high-quality standards for service tasks.
- Collaborate with company leaders to achieve business goals and explore growth opportunities.
- Assist in preparing production paperwork for custom door products.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties.
- Prepare and process invoices for services rendered within the billing month.
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Sales or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
