Responsibilities:

• Generates cost estimates as necessary.
• Prepares measurement sheets and aids in quantity take-off as needed.
• Assists in estimating direct and indirect costs for subcontracted work.
• Monitors and documents site progress and maintains records of daily activities.
• Verifies manpower allocation and productivity, and creates comparison sheets for supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepares payment advice and reviews, certifies claim submissions for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supports in preparing claims, coordinating with Project Manager/Director.
• Pursues payments from main contractor, consultant, or client.
• Assists Project Director/Manager in establishing and maintaining project cost control.
• Offers guidance on contractual claims, variations, or other contractual matters.
• Measures and calculates values for variations and prepares interim and final accounts.
• Provides estimates, computations, and works on contractual, technical, or project change orders.
• Compiles monthly progress payments for main contractors, consultants, or clients.

Additional Information:

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical)/QS or Project/Construction Management
• Computer literate, Microsoft & CAD
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English
• Possess good mathematical and accounting skills
• Plays an active role in the project execution to complete the task on time with the optimum utilization of resources
