Manage your defined market and customers and meet company target for sales and profit growth.
Identify customer needs, maintain close tabs on customers’ organisation changes/goals in order to identify new sales opportunities.
Build long term customer loyalty and preference by working with internal functions to maintain company service levels. Look for opportunities to make a difference.
Create a strong market presence by maintaining high standards of professionalism, and emphasizing value to customer.
Act as the voice of customer to internal functions to improve company service levels.
Maintain competitive intelligence of competitors’ products and offerings.
Take appropriate action to resolves any grievances from employees, complaint by clients or dispute in a manner that protects the interest of the company and maintain a positive customer relation.
Establishes and maintain effective employee-employer working relationship, particularly for satellite employees at clients' work sites.
Perform other forms of ad-hoc matters assigned by the company.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years’ experience working in the manpower, aviation, BPO or relevant.
You must be able to demonstrate previous successes in operations, customer relationship scenarios.
Proficient in MS office.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
You are someone highly dedicated with a high degree of personal motivation and proven operations records.
You should be customer oriented.
Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
Able to obtain an Airport Pass.
Confident in dealing with staff of all ages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team will be required.
